An innovative leader with a passion for learning about how people learn, Mary looks for opportunities that bring value and depth to peoples’ lives. She enjoys leading teams in order to design, deliver, and manage impactful and engaging training programs.
Her specialty is integrating educational technology and research-based learning theory into dynamic learning projects in the areas of medical device training, sales enablement, and leadership development. She has extensive experience in learning strategy, project management, training, process development, coaching, and performance improvement.
Mary’s leadership style is highly collaborative and she has demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong team relationships. She has a proven record as an effective Instructional Designer while guiding teams by providing structure for creativity.

Alex brings an engineering mind and years of experience with individual tutoring and group instruction to his work in Learning eXperience Design (LXD). His studies in psychology, mindfulness, and meditation provide insight into how to clear space in order for people to learn and grow.
His design philosophy includes being mindful of the learner’s needs throughout the design and development process. Alex specializes in developing learning projects and has experience working on technical documentation and medical device e-learning development utilizing Figma, Articulate Storyline, and the Adobe products.
