Learning strategy and training materials for a new medical device prior to FDA clearance.
Project details: Helped write and edit content for the User Guide, Facilitator Guide, and e-Learning modules.
- Developed training for diabetes-related medical devices as a member of the Commercial Education Team.
- Reviewed Human Factors research and clinical study results to advise the Medical Affairs team on learning strategy for
product users and clinical trainers. - Worked with product definition teams and clinical experts to establish learning objectives, create content, and edit user
guides, facilitator guides, quick-start guides, scripts, wireframes, e-Learning modules, and job aids. - Managed vendors and developed e-Learning utilizing Articulate Storyline.
